- Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, and we do not retail in any country that requires animal testing.
- Are you owned by a company that tests on animals?
No, we are not affiliated with any other beauty company.
- Do you use parabens in your products?
We use the best possible high-quality ingredients in our products, including natural oils, essential vitamins, minerals and plant based butters, and thoughtful formulation with minimal to no preservatives but no parabens at all.
- Do you offer free samples of your products?
Unfortunately, we do not offer samples for now but to find your perfect shade, you may use the Note Cosmetics Foundation Finder Quiz on our website.
Besides, with a full range of foundations, powders, blushers and concealers, if you're not happy with your shade selection, you can return it in its original packaging with a receipt to receive full refund within 30 days of original purchase date. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of when the return is received to the credit card used for original payment.
- How do I know which shade is right for me?
You can use the Note Cosmetics Foundation Finder Quiz on our website for your match or you can use the shade matching tool on the product page on our website. You select a shade from another brand that worked with your skintone to find your best match in Note Cosmetics.
Orders, Deliveries and Returns
- I placed and order and received and error message.
There may be connection problems due to heavy website traffic. If you receive an error message during checkout process, please log into your account and see if the order went through. Please note that it takes one hour for your order to appear in your account.
- Can I edit my contact information and address after I order?
Since our warehouse is working hard to get your order items shipped out as quickly as possible, If your order has not been dispatched yet, we may amend your address. As there is a very small window of time to make updates, please provide us your order number as soon as possible.
- May I cancel or adjust my order?

- Where is my order?
If you have a Note Cosmetics Online Account, you can check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Note Cosmetics Online orders.
Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
You can access your order status and history anytime by signing into your account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation to the e-mail address provided at purchase.

- How much is shipping?
We currently offer free shipping on all orders over 25 £ within the UK & some parts of EU. We also offer expedited shipping if you just cannot wait—you can find all pricing and details for that on our Shipping & Returns page.

- How do I know my package has shipped?
When orders are packed in our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The tracking number allows you to see where your package is and when it will arrive.
- My order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, what should I do?
Our delivery options are fully tracked. If you have not received your order within the times stated for your destination and you have noticed unusual activity on your tracking number, please contact us for help.
- My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it.
It is possible sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will likely be delivered shortly after. Be sure to check with your neighbours and post office for more information.
However, if you still haven't received your package after 1-2 business days, please feel free to reach us.
- What should I do if my order is missing?
Courier company guidelines state they do not consider a package lost until 15 working days for the UK or 25 working days for International packages have passed. After this period we log a complaint with the courier company. Please contact us for help.
- How long does it take to process a return?
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via Royal Mail or any other insured parcel post. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds and customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of credit to the credit card holder. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
- What is your returns, exchange or cancellation policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 14 working days commencing from the day after delivery. We will make a refund, provided the goods are received in their original condition and packaging and for hygiene reasons - unused and untested and in re-saleable condition.
Due to hygiene we will not refund if manufacturer seals are removed from products nor if product boxes are damaged due to poor return packaging which does not protect the original purchase.
Products we feel have been tested (except foundation,concealer,powder and blusher) will be returned and no refund or exchange will be granted. Please return the item quoting your order reference. Refunds are processed within seven business days of receipt.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty (damaged) or we have sent an incorrect item. We do not refund original or return postage charges unless the item received is damaged, or the item received is incorrect.

- I received the wrong product, can I return it?

- My order has not arrived yet, how can I track or check my order?
If you believe your order is late and you have not yet received a card from the delivery company, you can track your order by clicking on the link of your dispatch email or from this link with your tracking ID.
Please also check what time you placed your order any orders placed after 12 noon will be classed as if they were placed the next day. If you have received a card from the delivery company it should have a telephone number that you can call to arrange an alternative delivery.
- My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you no one takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement (if available) will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

- What methods of payment do uou accept?

- My order failed & I have a pending authorization.
We will only charge your credit card when your order ships. The transaction you’re seeing isn’t an actual charge. It’s a temporary authorization hold that was created when you attempted to place your order. This authorization hold will be removed within 3-5 business days and the funds will be released back to your account.
- Do you sell gift cards?

- Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?
When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It is not possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.
- Can I return a gift card?
Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable yet, the gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You may use it anytime for any product until the expiry date.
- Can I refund purchases made with a gift card?
Yes. Refunding a purchase made with a gift card adds the refunded amount to the gift card's balance.
- My discount code didn't work.
Discount codes should be entered as it appears (case/blank sensitive) and codes should be still in date. Please also check the terms and conditions of your code if the item is in a certain category the discount may not be valid on this product. - Can I use more than one promotional code on my order?
You can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.
- What if I forgot to enter my discount code?
Please contact us through our website or our e-mail address email@example.com. As long as your coupon is applicable, we can apply it to your order. If your order has already printed for shipment, unfortunately, we will not be able to include it with your order.
